Breast Reduction…If your breasts are too large and saggy

Enhance their size and shape. Using the latest the more stable techniques like Tumescent Liposuction and minimized incisions, your breasts can be reduced in size as well as reshaped into a more youthful contour.

Breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammaplasty, is a surgical procedure that involves the removal of excess breast fat, tissue, and skin to achieve a breast size that is more proportionate to the rest of the body. This procedure can be performed to alleviate physical discomfort caused by overly large breasts, such as neck and back pain, as well as to improve self-esteem and body image.

There are several different surgical techniques that can be used to perform breast reduction surgery, and the right technique for a particular patient will depend on the patient's individual anatomy and goals. Some common techniques include the traditional anchor-shaped incision, the vertical incision technique, and the liposuction-only technique.

The traditional anchor-shaped incision is the most common technique and involves an incision that circles the areola (the dark skin around the nipple), extends downward, and follows the natural curve of the crease beneath the breast. The excess skin, fat, and tissue are then removed and the remaining breast tissue is lifted and reshaped to create a smaller, more youthful-looking breast.

The vertical incision technique, also known as the "lollipop" technique, involves a circular incision around the areola and a vertical incision that extends downward. This technique is typically used for patients who have a significant amount of excess skin and require more lifting and reshaping of the breast tissue.

The liposuction-only technique involves the use of liposuction to remove excess fat from the breast area. This technique is typically used for patients who have a good amount of breast tissue and skin elasticity, but who still have some excess fat that they would like to remove.

Ultimately, the best technique for a particular patient will depend on their individual anatomy and goals, and should be determined through consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
