Fat Injectıon & Stemm cell Injectıon

Human adipose stem cells in cosmetic

Human adipose or fat tissue is abundant in adipose stem cells (ASCs) that display limited multilineage

developmental plasticity and are similar to bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells with respect to surface

markers and gene profiling.

Data demonstrate that these adult ASCs show an ability to regenerate damaged skin (Kim et al. 2007, Yang et al.

2010). Growth factors produced in ASCs can promote collagen synthesis by dermal fibroblasts (Malerich and Berson

2014, Rehman et al. 2004). Furthermore, growth factors in ASC-conditioned media can promote wound healing,

improve wrinkling, and inhibit melanogenesis . They can be used to replace

lost soft tissue through the induction of ASCs into adipocytes.
